Interactive Seating Chart and Unique Floral Installations

As their wedding planner in Surrey, we transformed the barn’s ceremony space into something unique. Wide ceiling drapes added softness with a contemporary style, while the fireplace became the focal point with an impressive floral installation by Sage & Co Floral Design. The florals were a perfect mix of organic yet modern styling, aligning with Claire and Dan’s vision of a contemporary but timeless Surrey wedding.

Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed a drinks reception and interacted with a beautifully creative seating chart designed by Emma. Each guest could 'pick their own' bud vase from a shelf and place it on the dining tables, adding a personalised touch to the wedding decor. This not only enhanced the visual appeal but also made the guests feel connected to the day’s design.

Inside the main barn for the wedding breakfast, Sage & Co Floral Design wowed everyone with floating ombre floral clouds suspended above the tables. The vibrant florals created a visually stunning display that captured both modern style and whimsical romance, perfectly suited for this luxury wedding in Surrey.

Lively Party Vibe with Champagne Tower and Live Band

As the evening progressed, dinner was followed by an unexpected treat. JJ & The Beatniks, a roaming band, entered the barn and immediately got the guests singing, dancing, and moving towards cocktail hour. The lively atmosphere carried the party into full swing.

In place of a traditional wedding cake, Claire and Dan opted for a champagne tower, which Claire and Dan poured themselves after Claire had changed into a glamorous sparkly mini dress. This stylish moment became a highlight of the evening, as guests toasted the happy couple and the party continued late into the night, with JJ & The Beatniks keeping the energy high.
